This beautiful new renovation was a total transformation of the the 1st floor. We carefully re-framed the kitchen by taking out a non-bearing wall opening up the space to the living room and giving it room to entertain lots of guests. The laundry room was moved into a much larger space just off the kitchen making it easy to cook, do laundry, and service the family in style. Accents such as stained barn doors and crown molding were added to heighten the level of detail. This kitchen features new Medallion cabinets in “park place” door style with a smoke colored island and a custom painted finish surrounding given this kitchen a true customized look. Topping it off are quartz countertops and a lovely tiled backsplash with detailed accents of glass and stone. Everything in the kitchen now has a specific place and purpose making this home a true beauty!
